To the right is a kitchen where the entire family gathered. Next to the door is a large stove with a sleeping area behind it on which bread dough would rise in a bowl. It was the warmest place in the entire house, appreciated by the elderly and children. Walls are decorated with holy images and paper cut-outs that were in fashion in the early 20th century. Behind the kitchen is a carpenter’s workshop with a set of tools used in the production of furniture, windows and doors. On the opposite side is the white room. Walls are whitewashed there and the furniture is painted in light hazel. Religious paintings decorated with flowers made of tissue paper hang on the wall opposite the door. There are paper draperies in the windows and a decorative mobile hangs from the ceiling. In the hallway to the left is a pantry where food was stored. Behind it is an exit to the courtyard. In the courtyard opposite is a cart with a rack wagon loaded with sheaves, and next to it a cart in which the family went to church or to a market. To the right next to the pigsties is a grain winnowing machine, a whetstone for sharpening the tools and a chaff cutter in which straw was cut for animal feed.  Hanging on the wall by the stables are horse collars and wooden yokes for the cows, which were used to pull carts after horses were requisitioned for the army. A wooden press used for making combs out of cattle horns can be seen under the horse collars.
