The outbuilding consists of a court with wide entrance gate (the current coach house), an adjacent room for husks, a stable, and a second coach house. Original coaches that used to belong to grease traders stand in the coach houses. Heavy and solid coaches were made by local artisans. They have space for 8 to 12 large barrels containing up to 200 litres. Two additional barrels were chained on the sides of a coach. A seat for the grease trader and his helper is located at the front of the vehicle. Grease traders used to travel hundreds of kilometres in such coaches. The coach with rubber wheels belonged to Dymitr Kareł, one of the last grease traders who was active till the end of the 1960s. The trade in grease was officially abandoned immediately after World War II. In 1947, the communist authorities executed Operation Vistula that involved driving almost all Lemkos from the Beskids and relocating them to the western and northern parts of the country.
