In multi-storey buildings there is similar information in the passenger lifts. In most locations, there is a customer service desk and/or a reception at ground level, which provide information on the layout of the rooms in the building. Voice information is also included in the description of architectural accessibility of buildings on the Office's BIP website.

The Office provides a sign language interpreter service available from the website www.malopolska.pl. The customer using this form of communication can make a remote connection with an interpreter or use this service in the Office, wherever there are properly equipped workplaces – computer with a camera, access to the Internet, microphone/speaker. The service is available at all locations of the Office. Designation of the sign language interpreter service – a pictogram of signing hands – is located at customer service points and near secretariats in locations without separate service areas.

In all locations of the Office, evacuation of persons with special needs is based on the support provided by post holders designated for evacuation in each location/on each floor of the building.

The premises at 56 Racławicka Street additionally have chairs and mats to support evacuation of persons with special needs.

On the website of the Office there is information about the scope of activities of the Office in Polish Sign Language and a file containing the machine-readable text.
