In 2001, an institution of culture called the Małopolska Art Gallery ‘Dwór Karwacjanów’ in Gorlice was established in the manor. Since December 2007, the institution has been included in the structures of the ‘Dwory Karwacjanów I Gładyszów’ Museum. It promotes contemporary art by publicising its history and modern trends. Two exhibition halls of the Karwacjanów Manor present monthly exhibitions of paintings, sculptures and drawings of artists renowned for their artistic achievements, and for debuting artists at the beginning of their artistic careers.  Chamber music concerts, multimedia shows, meetings and scientific conferences are regularly held here. Open-air sessions and vernissages are also organised. The permanent exhibition displays the preserved fragments of the 16th- and 17th-century walls and window stonework of the Karwacjanów Manor, and an exhibition of prints and documentary photographs illustrating the history and renovation of the Manor in 1984–1992 is on view in the hallway.
