Among the museum’s most interesting exhibits is the collection of archeological artefacts from the Koszyce area that includes a mammoth tusk, one of the few such exhibits found in Polish museums. You can also see everyday objects, mainly pottery and jewellery, found among the ruins of a small settlement and a Vistula defensive stronghold. These are typical examples of the Trzciniec (1650–1300 BC) and Lusatian (1300–700 BC) cultures.
