They were moved from Muszynka. These buildings are characteristic of Slovak border villages. They have an archaic construction with log walls passing into a barrel vault covered by a gabled shingle roof. The vault, and sometimes the walls, were thickly lined with clay held on wooden pegs densely hammered into the log beams. The clay provided protection from fire, and the roof, which was not structurally connected to the logs, was pulled off with pike poles in case of fire.
