An imposing utility building consisting of a yard and three rooms stands opposite the rectory. This stone building is a reconstruction of those built at the turn of the 20th century and illustrates the layout of a wealthy landlord’s homestead. One of its parts currently houses the exhibition with various appliances, tools and farming equipment used in Upper Orawa on display while other parts are used as space for temporary exhibitions.
