A forge, the Open-Air Museum in Jędrzejówka

The 19th-century forge belonged to Maciej Woźniak, the last blacksmith at the manor in Łososina Dolna. The large wooden forge of 1889 is equipped with a traditional stone hearth with a cover and bellows. An anvil is mounted on a large stump, and next to it isa smaller anvil with two horns, dating to 1863; there is also a large, forged clamp. Two large smithing drills are worth seeing: a wall-mounted one and a standing one. You can also see smithing tools and tools used for working on wooden wheels, including the installation of metal rims. A set of tools for horseshoeing and hoof care is an interesting part of the exhibition.
