A mill, the Open-Air Museum in Jędrzejówka

It is a water mill typical for the region and many others like it could be seen in the area at the beginning of the previous century. There were 25 of them on a small mountain stream passing through one of the local villages. The mill relocated to the open-air museum is the last surviving mill with an entirely wooden drive mechanism. The installed separator made it possible to get good-quality flour with no contaminants, which is why flour from this mill used to be ordered for special occasions such as weddings or baptisms. Inside the mill, you can see an exhibition of hand tools for grain milling and processing.
