Sucha Beskidzka Municipal Museum

The Museum has the following sections: historical, archaeological, education and promotion, and ethnographic that focuses on the traditional folk culture of highlanders from the Babia Góra and Żywiec regions and is located in the ‘Gardener’s Cottage’ in the western part of the castle park The Museum presents works of art (painting, memorabilia, old prints, sketches) related to the history of the castle and Sucha Beskidzka, modern paintings from the ‘Habsburg collection’, artifacts acquired from the bottom of the water reservoir in Świnna Poręba (currently called the Mucharskie Lake) and the collection of Maria and Emil Zegadłowicz from Gorzeń Górny acquired in 2017.
