The Environmental Education Centre of the Tatrzański National Park with the garden surrounding it is a perfect place to learn about the nature and culture of the Tatra Mountains. The exhibition makes it easy to understand the origins of the highest mountain range of the Carpathian Mountains, its uniqueness and complexity. The educational path in the garden is a treat for every nature lover where you can see from up close the processes taking place in the forest (from the subalpine level to the level of pastures) while remaining almost in the city centre. The building itself is also worthy of attention: it is one of the last works of the Warsaw architectural team called ‘Warszawskie Tygrysy’ (‘Warsaw Tigers’) active in 1936-1976.
