The cottage is accessed through a double-leaf door with a transom above. The residential part consists of four rooms: the hallway, a black room, a white room and a ‘bezsiyńizba’. There is a construction date of 30 May 1903 carved into a crossbeam in the white room. However, the date 1818 is visible on one of the crossbeams in the ‘bezsiyńizba’ that can be accessed from the hallway to the left, which proves that elements of an older building were used in the construction. The furnishings were typical for cottages in the post-war period until the 1970s. Some visitors may easily find objects they have seen in their younger years among the exhibits and have some memories of their family homes or grandparents’ cottages reawakened.
