A historic park with old trees surrounds a beautiful, restored, neo-classical manor house from the mid-19th century. The complex is located in Bolesław, on the border of Małopolska and Silesia, on the Olkusz-Bukowno road. The park looks lovely at any time, but the most phenomenal is autumn when the centuries-old trees are resplendent in shades of red and gold.

The Bolesław Manor Park covers an area of more than 4 hectares. With the support of European Funds, the park has undergone extensive renovation in recent years, giving it a new face and making it an even more attractive place. As part of the work carried out, the tree stock was inventoried, the park space was tidied up, and the alleyways were rebuilt. A children's playground was created in the park complex, and new, attractive sidewalk benches and litter bins were added. The scope of works also included fencing, site lighting and planting of new greenery. The conservation officer has approved all the solutions and works, as the parkland is entirely under his protection. As part of the revitalisation of the park complex, the manor house, a neo-classical, rather modest typical aristocratic building, built of stone and brick, whose basic compositional element is the columned front portico that gives a representative appearance to the single-storey manor house, was also renovated. The manor house is a former annexe of a 17th-century palace that has not survived to the present day. It is situated in the central part of the park; it is now the Maria Płonowska Cultural Centre seat and also houses a café.

When visiting Bolesław, visiting the historic manor house in Krzykawka is also worth visiting. The beautiful old-Polish manor house, dating from 1794, is shingle-covered. The building is also the seat of the Cultural Centre.
