An interesting example of an easy loop for mountain bikers that even beginners can be ride,  it leads entirely along wide, dirt forest roads. The route has a fairly gentle inclination whose steeper sections are short enough to get off the bike and walk. In winter the trail is turned into a cross-country skiing track (cycling is then prohibited in order not to damage the tracks). It is best to start the ride from one of the specially prepared car parks, e.g., Zalesie–Wyrębiska or at the LKS Zalesianka stadium next to the Tourist Service Centre (where you can also rent ski and bicycle equipment). There are numerous rest stops (benches with tables) and information boards along the route. The trail is also well marked with pictograms. We recommend the most advanced cyclists to try reach the peak of Mogielica, featuring a viewing tower and the Pope Cross (ascend along the blue cycling trail Słopnice – Mogielica, descend along the blue/yellow hiking trail to Przysłopek Pass). However, you don’t have to climb all the way to the top, because the trail wraps around the mountain, and if you follow it, views of the entire range of Island Beskids – Łopień, Ćwilin, Jasień, and Beskid Sądecki – as well as the Gorce, Pieniny and Tatra mountains are guaranteed.
