The established vineyard continues the tradition of the site. Over the years, agricultural activity comprising crops, fruit and vegetables has flourished at the Minoga Palace. Remembering the past and wanting to cultivate traditions, the current owners decided to focus on wine production. Planting, nurturing, harvesting, and production are part and parcel of everyday life at the Minoga Palace.
Wine production is not just about working in the vineyard but also about the subsequent stages in the winery. Today, the winery is located in the cellars of the historic granary – an incredibly atmospheric place on the site of a former manor farm. Due to dynamic growth, construction of a new wine cellar is underway. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, it will produce wine and store it in the highest-quality barrels made from the finest French oak.
The activities of the Minoga Palace Vineyard have been recognised in many competitions. Debut vintages of organic, vegan wines have won industry awards and accolades. Wines from our range receive medals in national competitions.
The Minoga Palace Vineyard produces dry white and red wines from varieties such as Leon Millot, Marechal Foch, Seyval Blanc, Jutrzenka, and Solaris.
