Szymkówka Brzegi
Regional Inn
An inn allowing admiring views on the Szymkówka Glade, located on the road from Bukowina Tatrzańska to the Łysa Glade and Morskie Oko, offers a unique panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains while eating at the table.
The view from the glass-enclosed chamber and spacious terrace ranges from the Belianske Tatry to the highest peaks of the Beskid Żywiecki. The landscapes that change with every hour of the day and year are breathtaking, but the interior of the inn is also eye-catching: it is tasteful and the decorations are sparse. Zakopane-based artist Krzysztof Trebunia-Tutka created the architectural design. Przemysław Lewandowski, a set designer and a graduate of the Antoni Kenar Visual Arts School Complex in Zakopane and the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, designed the interiors and the furniture The inn has excellent energy and subtle, refined beauty. It is one of those magical places you should visit, as confirmed in the guidebook 'Groch i Kapusta, czyli podróżuj po Polsce' by the well-known traveller and gourmet Elżbieta Dzikowska. Sheep graze in the glade next to the inn; accommodation is in comfortably equipped wooden chalets, reconstructed according to shepherd traditions and awarded the 'Tatra brand' label.
