Around Lipnica
Tourist routes
In Lipnica Murowana, you can visit the UNESCO-listed, wooden church of St. Leonard. However, the town boasts a few other interesting historic monuments. The easiest way to see them is to follow the trail of St. Simon of Lipnica. It is good to start the trip of the local area on the black trail. It heads south through Las Miejski (town forest). The trip continues on a green trail. Follow its signs to the Dominiczna mountain, from which you will descend to Rajbrot, ending up in front of the historic, wooden church from the 16th century. Then take the blue trail heading north through the Uszwica valley, climb the Paprotna mountain and admire the unique sandstone rocks known as the Brodziński Stones. The route ends on a car park by the road from Lipnica to Gdów.
