The cross that the foundress of the Seraphic Sisters brought with her from the Holy Land, vestments, liturgical vessels, many photographs and memorabilia are exhibited here. In the Museum in Oświęcim, you can find out how Blessed Małgorzata Szewczyk lived and what she stood for.

The co-founder of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows (Seraphites) spent ten years in Oświęcim, carrying out charitable work; helping the elderly, poor children and orphans. And this was the town where Blessed Małgorzata Szewczyk lived to see her monument and museum. This is also the place where the foundation named after her operates. The museum is housed in the Motherhouse of the Congregation of the Seraphic Sisters. It has managed to collect everyday objects that belonged to the Blessed: a white nun's cap, a wooden bed, a reliquary, a prayer book and a rosary, as well as photographs illustrating the life and work of Mother Malgorzata (1828–1905) and the history of the Oświęcim nunnery. Visitors can also see a pattern book of embroideries for the pupils of the first Seraphic orphanages and the medical equipment used in the nursing homes they ran.
