Designed by Heinrich Scholz, covers an area of 1788 m² built on the site of the historic battlefield, consisting of two sections: for soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and for soliders of the Russian army.
The central memorial is a 17 m tall stone pylon with four niches containing inscriptions. One of the inscriptions reads: "Heroes stormed the hill defended by heroes. Immortal glory crowns the winners” On the hill there are shell craters, traces of the trenches and the dugout. The cemetery holds 92 mass graves and 73 individual graves: 359 soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, 235 soldiers of the Russian army.
