The Commune Centre for Culture, Promotion, Tourism and Sport is an autonomous cultural institution of the Bystra-Sidzina Commune whose activities are aimed at creating, disseminating and protecting culture.
The goal of the centre is to recognise and stimulate cultural interests and needs, to influence active participation in culture and to create favourable conditions for the development of the amateur art movement and folklore and to popularise knowledge and art.
