This park, interesting in terms of landscape, protects fragments of the Rożnów and Ciężkowice foothills, separated by the valley of the river Biała.
There are many original elements of inanimate nature and forest environments preserved in the natural state. Some of the worth visiting places can be seen on the marked hiking trails and nature paths. The most famous attraction is undoubtedly the spectacular Stone City reserve, but beautiful rocks can also be admired in Bukowiec, near Jamna, in the Devil's Rocks reserve. In the northern part of the Rożnów Foothills there is the Wał lookout massif with several geological curiosities, e.g. petrified tree trunks (which are 60 million years old). There are also many cemeteries from the First World War.
