The Halit-Kuchnia Wielicka Inn offers salt-roasted meats and fish and desserts with character, in which a pinch of noble salt spice emphasises sweetness. Vegetarians are also most welcome to dine at the Halit Inn, because the vegetarian meals are exquisite: tomato soup, mushroom soup in a bread bowl or Russian dumplings with an omelette in salt dough are poetry for the palate. Guests have a choice of three dining rooms, one of which looks directly into the kitchen. The room is decorated with tools and other objects used in salt mining.
