The church was erected in Królówka near Nowy Wiśnicz at the end of the C15th.
In 1876 a chapel was attached, and at the end of the C19th the nave was elongated. In 1947-48 the church was moved to the cemetery in Królówka, and from there to Rozdziel in 1986. It is a late-gothic log-construction church, set on a high foundation and covered by a shingled polygonal roof. Inside there are flat ceilings. The fittings, mainly contemporary, include an altar with a sculpture of St. Jacob and a painting of Our Lady of the Rosary, moved from the C19th church of The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in Nowy Sącz.
