The present late classical church is the site’s fourth occupant, consecrated in 1833. It is a three-nave hall church. The side aisles are separated from the main one by arcades, and the vaulting resembles a sail. Two bells from the 16th and 17th centuries hang in the clock tower, covered by a cupola dating from 1891. The front facade is decorated with a wide risalit with a triangular abutment.
The main altar contains an image of the Virgin Mary from the 16th century, whose miraculousness was confirmed by the church authorities in the 18th century. The painting, shielded behind a refractory metal sheet with an image of the Holy Virgin Mary, was crowned by Pope John Paul II on Kraków Błonie in 1979. When visiting the church, it's worth taking a look at the 17th-century wooden Baroque crucifix in the side altar of the Brotherhood of the Crown of Thorns and the classicist pulpit. The music choir, supported by three arcades, is also interesting, especially its wooden classicist parapet dating from 1830.
The most important indulgence feast at the sanctuary falls on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary on 8 December. The second indulgence feast takes place on the Feast of the Transfiguration on 6 August and is celebrated on the Sunday closest to that date.
