Lookout Tower in Muszyna
Aleja Zdrojowa, 33-370 Muszyna
Tourist region: Beskid Sądecki i Niski
The tower is located in the 'sight zone' of the Muszyna gardens. It is located just behind the café integrated into the slope and towers over the complex. The stairs to the top are winding, and unfortunately there is no ramp for wheelchairs. Once you have climbed them, you will see a breath-taking view.
From its top there is a panoramic view of the ruins of the castle in Muszyna, the Sensory Gardens, the Baroque church in the town centre as well as the magical gardens with recreational ponds and the Antoni mineral water pump room. Under good weather conditions, it is possible to see the picturesque Beskid Sądecki, and even the peaks of the Tatra Mountains.
One of the entrances to the Sensory Gardens is from S. Mściwujewskiego Street, above the Korona Spa Sanatorium. It is accessible for wheelchair users and families with children. The second entrance, from the Antoni mineral water pump room, leads by stairs to the top of the Sucha Mountain. The stairs and paths in the park are fully accessible for people with disabilities and families with children in pushchairs.
The gardens and lookout tower are accessible to the public; their entry is free of charge.
