Vineyard on the plot of the old manor house, formerly belonging to I. J. Paderewski.
The Manru Vineyard, property of Marek Zwolenik, was established in 2010 in Kąśna Dolna in Ciężkowice municipality, and covers the area of 0.5 hectares. It was here, where more than 100 years ago Ignacy Jan Paderewski led a peaceful country life in the manor house, where he created the only opera in his life – Manru. The vineyard grows white wine grapes – Seyval Blanc, Muskat, Solaris, as well as red ones – Rondo, Regent, Salome, Marechal Foch and Leon Millot, as well as several dessert varieties. Since 2016, Manru Vineyard wines are available for purchase.
