One of the vineyards located near the “Polish Pole of Heat.”
The Zadora Vineyard, which belongs to Zofia Michałowska, is one of the many vineyards in the vicinity of Tarnów, which is sometimes referred to as the “Polish Pole of Heat,” which offers perfect conditions for cultivating wines. The plantation was established in 2007 on a loamy-sandy soil, covering the area of 50 ares, making it one of the smallest registered commercial vineyards in Poland. The best-known bottled wines produced by the local winery include white wines made of johanniter, solaris and Phoenix grapes, as well as red wines made of regent and rondo varieties. The plantation features a winery next to the owners’s house, which allows for convenient tasting. Visitors can also purchase wine directly from the owners.
