Barrier-free Tatra trails
Are the highest mountains in Poland barrier-free? Thereundeniably are such places! For those who are not able to hike the trails on their own, the beauty of the Tatras awaits elsewhere!
You can ride the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch and admire the majesty of the mountains on the viewing terrace, or marvel at one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Tatra Mountains on Mt Gubałówka where the funicular railway will take you. Suppose you feel like a bit more of a workout, then you can take a 9 km asphalt road (serpentine and somewhat steep in places) to the most beautiful place in the Tatra Mountains – Morskie Oko.
Ojców National Park
Deotymy Needle, Krakowska Gate, Chapel on the Water, Hercules’Mace and Pieskowa Skala Castle are just a few unusual stops during a trip to the Ojców National Park, the smallest but one of the most beautiful parks in the country.
In addition to unusual rock formations, unique natural monuments and historical sites, you can delve into the region's culinary flavours. Here you can enjoy a delicious, smoky-smelling Ojców trout, which is one of the most delicious culinary showpieces of Małopolska. The main trail in the park is a comfortable tarmac road accessible to everyone. Isn't it an excellent idea for a weekend getaway?
