The Bystra Valley is the point where all the most important valleys start their runs: the Jaworzynka Valley, the Kondratowa Valley and the Goryczkowa Valley. At its outlet there is a network of trails to Hala Gąsienicowa, the Kalatówki Glade and to Hala Kondratowa, Kasprowy Wierch and further - the High Tatras. Apart from numerous tourist trails in the Bystra Valley, there are two historic monasteries: the Albertine Sisters Monastery (just before the Kalatówki Glade) and, a bit higher, the Albertine Brothers Monastery (on Śpiąca Mount).

The only way to get to Kuźnice is by public transport, but it is worth taking a walk along the Slowacki Boulevards, under the wooded top of Nosal. A visit to a shepherd's hut and a taste of fresh oscypek or żętyca is a must. During the Polish winter season, one can admire sheep grazing on the Kuźnicka Glade and stop for a moment of reflection at the Prometheus Shot Dead monument by Władysław Hasior.
