Educational trail through Jaszcze Creek Valley
Initially, the path leads along the Jaszcze Creek, passes through the Łonna Glade, then, using comfortable bridges, crosses a mid-forest meadow and reaches the Pańska Przehybka Pass through the forest. It where a US B-24 Liberator 4-engine heavy bomber named 'California Rocket', shot down by the Germans, crashed in late 1944. There is a comfortable hut to rest in and a memorial to the crash site. Further on, via a scenic meadow through the Pańska Przehybka Pass and a forest, you can reach Mt Magurki (1108 metres above sea level). There is a large clearing with a magnificent view of the Tatra Mountains.
A viewing tower has been built there.
Later, partly through clearings (from which there are also beautiful views, including of the Tatra Mountains), partly through the forest we return to Ochotnica Górna. Along the way we pass old shepherd's huts.
