Wooden church with a roof turret from the 1740s, erected as a result of efforts of priests: Jakub Cichoński (local priest), Wawrzyniec Rempalski and Antoni Krzanowski (further deans of Proszowice).
Its interior includes a 15th century stone Gothic baptismal font and fragmentary portal leading to the sacristy. Next to the church, there is a free-standing wooden belfry. The interior of the church (including the ceiling) is decorated with polychromy, the original one was made in 1754, the current dates back to 1907. In the main altar there is a miraculous painting of Our Lady of Grabie (probably from the 17th century).
