The name Amarylis alludes to a flower of various colours and intense scents, which has been dubbed "the most sensual flower in the world". And so is the cuisine of the Kraków restaurant - intense, colourful and, above all, authorial. Amarylis follows culinary trends but does not lose sight of what is most important - a good product from well-known sources. Care is also taken not to lose respect for tradition and the flavours that have shaped us. Therefore, in each tasting menu, changed seasonally, you will find references to traditional Polish cuisine. Creating dishes requires courage and flair, and here they know this well; hence, each dish is thoughtfully prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients.
