The observation tower on Koziar has a built-in staircase and can therefore be climbed by people who have a fear of heights, and it has an enclosed and covered observation deck that can accommodate up to 30 people. There are information boards on the lookout tower with detailed descriptions of the panoramic views of the peaks visible from there.  

From the tower, visitors can admire the Gorce Mountains, the Beskid Sądecki, the Island Beskids, the Pieniny Mountains and the Spiš Magura.
The shortest route to the viewing tower on Koziarz Peak leads from the top of Okrąglica, which can be reached by car from the village of Brzyna. Part of the route is asphalted and part is surfaced with concrete slabs. From Okrąglica to Koziarz you walk along a fairly easy path for about 45 minutes. The route is marked. From the lookout tower on Koziarz you can enjoy some of the most beautiful views in Beskid Sądecki.
