Tłuczań Vineyard occupies a southern slope in the picturesque and peaceful environs of Wadowice, virtually guaranteeing wines blessed with extraordinary taste.
On a plot of almost a hectare, between 320 and 349 metres above sea level, vines bearing abundant vine fruit have been growing since 2015. Varieties of dry wines such as Regent, Seyval Blanc, Hibernal, Muscaris and Solaris found the perfect home here. Production is based on the traditional method, so-called lagering. This means the wine is not ready for at least 1.5 years after the grapes have been harvested, thus producing flavour that is more persistent and pronounced. The wines produced can only be purchased locally. The surroundings of the Tłuczań Vineyard are the essence of tranquillity, replete with songbirds and surrounded by forest and farmland. Its uniqueness and flavour extraction from the wine liquor led to the inclusion of the Tłuczań Vineyard on the Małopolska Wine Trail in 2020. There is definitely something to do near the vineyard. It is worth visiting Energylandia, cycling along the cycle trail in the Carp Valley or dropping by the Market Square in Wadowice to eat the Pope's kremówka. It is hard to believe that Tłuczań is so secluded and peaceful and yet is near so many tourist attractions and popular places.
