Małopolski System Informacji Turystycznej (MSIT) jest kluczem do odkrywania Małopolski. System powstał w wyniku realizacji projektu współfinansowanego ze środków unijnych w ramach Małopolskiego Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego na lata 2007-2013. Dzięki MSIT Małopolska stała się bliższa turyście.  W punktach informacji turystycznej (IT) można zasięgnąć informacji, które umożliwią zaplanowanie trasy zgodnie z osobistymi oczekiwaniami i zainteresowaniami turysty.

 

MSIT to nowoczesny system informacji turystycznej zintegrowany w warstwie analogowej i cyfrowej, utworzony przy wsparciu środków unijnych w ramach Małopolskiego Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego na lata 2007-2013:

Projekt realizowany był przez Województwo Małopolskie – Lidera projektu w partnerstwie z 25 jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego z terenu Małopolski – Partnerami projektu.

Głównym założeniem projektu było stworzenie nowoczesnego, regionalnego systemu informacji turystycznej, zintegrowanego w warstwie analogowej i cyfrowej, co będzie miało bezpośredni wpływ na podniesienie konkurencyjności turystycznej regionu.
