Kopiec Kościuszki to jeden z czterech kopców znajdujących się na terenie Krakowa, wzniesiony dla uczczenia Tadeusza Kościuszki – wielkiego patrioty i The Kościuszko Mound is one of four mounds located in the area of Cracow, raised as a tribute to Tadeusz Kościuszko – a great patriot and leader of the 1794 uprising. It was erected in 1823 on the hill of Blessed Bronisława in the western part of Cracow, with a granite stone placed on its top. Today the mound is a favourite place for walks among the inhabitants of Cracow. It offers a beautiful view of the city and its surroundings. The mount also has an adjoining museum where visitors can look at an exhibition devoted to Kościuszko.
