Tourist region: Kraków i okolice
The 16th-century Renaissance defensive manor in Korabniki surrounded by a park with an area of more than 6 hectares, is located in Skawina near Kraków.
The Young Poland artists, with Stanisław Wyspiański in the foreground, were hosted here. Around the manor, there is a beautiful naturalistic landscape park. Here, we may find antique hornbeams, larches and oaks. One of them is the more than 600-year-old oak (withered, with the preserved trunk) named “Wyspiański’s Oak”, to commemorate the frequent visits of the author of “The Wedding”.
