Heritage Park in Nowy Sacz is one of the most beautiful in Poland due to its thematic diversity.
It presents more than 70 buildings representing architecture and multicultural legacy of all ethnic groups living in this part of Poland (Sadeczcyzna). There are both religious buildings (beautiful The Lemko Orthodox Church of the 17th century or Catholic church in Łososina Dolna dated back on 16th century) and examples of various rural buildings (including manor-house of the 17th century). Many landmarked objects reminiscent the other multicultural groups of Sadecczyzna (Germans, Jews and Carpathian Gypsies). The reconstructed village of the last mentioned group is a great attraction of the museum, as well as a small-town building located in the part of Heritage Park called Miasteczko Galicyjskie (The Galician Town).
