The synagogue was built at the beginning of the 20th century as a place of prayers for the members of the religious brotherhood studying the Talmud - Khevre Loymdei Mishnayos.
During the war, when serving as a warehouse, it was devastated. In the postwar period, it performed the liturgical function for a small group of Oświęcim Jews. Then, it was turned into a warehouse again. Finally, it returned to its original function in 2000. The interior of the open synagogue has the interesting wooden furnishings in a form of the bimah and Torah Ark and two historic tables with Hebrew inscriptions.
