The vineyard, founded in Janowice near Tarnów, was established in 2013 by the Chlipała family. It was established on a high hill towering above the Dunajec River, surrounded by picturesque views and mountain ranges in the distance. The owners of the vineyard are chemists by education, who dabbled in gardening as their hobby. This, combined with their passion for wine, led them to the idea of purchasing a hectare of land and starting working with grapes and vines. The steep and rocky ground was a difficult obstacle to overcome, but in spring of 2013 they finally managed to plant 4800 grape vines, including vitis vinifera – pinot noir, chardonnay and siegerrebe, as well as hybrid varieties - regent and rondo for making red wine, alongside seyval, solaris and johanniter used for white wines. The plantation offers an outbuilding and a gazebo, where visitors can taste and purchase the local wines.
